(1) Make it clear (2) Make it collective (3) Make it carry on Brand enablement studio

Brand shouldn't be a tug of war.

Field Day Studios is a brand enablement firm that keeps teams engaged, projects moving forward, and everyone aligned towards the finish line, even when it moves.

Why a field day

Positioning your business can often be seen as a one-time event, but its success lies far beyond the opening ceremony.

Brand, at its best, isn't a decision or creation on paper, but a framework that makes each employee's work matter.

Field Day is inspired by that elementary school rite of passage, when you'd get grass stains on your sneakers and leave with endless energy from the blue sports drink at the volunteer tent.

We believe that for an organization, bringing a brand to life is a group activity. Everyone wants to get involved, figure out their role and play a part in the relay race. We're here to help all your players know just where to pick up the baton and push the finish line forward for all.

Field Day Studios is a brand enablement firm that brings structure to play and play to structure. It was founded in 2026 by creative operations lead and all-around marketer, Eli Harvey. (That's me.)

Before Field Day, I spent more than a decade running marketing plays from inside enterprise B2B SaaS and CPG companies. Whether rolling out a new campaign or supporting a business combination, I saw firsthand the impact when branding brought everyone in.

That's why I founded Field Day Studios. I want to help companies see brand as an ongoing framework, not just a one-time event. That framework can do so much more than improve market positioning or invite investment. It can shape the success of the business, starting with its people. When all functions understand their role and impact, brand can turn from a race to a relay. And it can surface a team's best work, bringing purpose to priorities.

I come to this work with a passion for operational excellence and empathy for how creative work actually succeeds. A lifelong writer, I'm in the process of gaining my MFA in Fiction at the Bennington Writing Seminars. After spending almost 12 years in Chicago, IL, I now find myself in Somerville, MA, just down the street from the home kitchen where Archibald Query invented marshmallow fluff.

FAQ

Ready, set, rollout.

What does “brand enablement” really mean?

Beyond the strategy and the creative, a lot of coordination and collaboration goes into making a brand launch and stick. That means not only understanding what it looks like to “cross the finish line,” but who needs to be tapped in to bring your new or evolved brand to life.

Where does the brand live today across your organization's teams and assets, and how can we make a plan to activate the new brand to both your people and the market? This is the work of brand enablement, and we think it can be a lot of fun.

How do you price projects?

We price on a fixed-fee, tailored basis, after discussing your project and your team's needs. But we're flexible and can work with you to get things off the ground.

How long do engagements typically run?

It depends on the size of your company, launch, and the key events tied to it, as well as the support you may need after launch to keep the brand in motion. For a tech company with 500 enterprise customers, a brand evolution could take between 3-6 months. For a small business launching a new brand, it might take 6-12 weeks. It depends, but regardless of the commitment, we're excited to help, from start to finish.

Do you work with small teams or only larger organizations?

We're drawn to innovators, mission-driven companies, and small businesses making a real impact in their community, but size isn't the deciding factor. Whether you're a five-person team or a five-hundred-person company, we want to support your brand's launch and the work it takes to keep it alive.

For larger projects, can you recommend additional resources?
